The Wi-Fi had no data. Room 01 did have a strong signal and seemed to have data at first, so ee asked the staff for the password, but after a while it stopped working. I don't know what happened. I gave up and used my mobile data package instead, though that was like BPJS had been deactivated, weka2. Hopefully they take this as feedback so I can stay here again someday.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I booked online and then was asked to pay extra. When I checked the Google ratings, I saw that other customers had similar experiences. Before booking a hotel next time, I'd check its Google ratings and read what people have said.

I paid 230,000 Rupiah through booking.com, but at arrival they said a third party had booked through the app and the money hadn't reached their system. They made me pay another 350,000 Rupiah. For that, all I got in the room was a fan. The room and bathroom were dirty, and the water was dirty too. The payment couldn't be refunded, so it was a total loss.

I reserved online, but they said the booking hadn't appeared in their system and told me to request a refund through the app. The reservation was nonrefundable, so there was no way to get the money back. The receptionist didn't respond and seemed irresponsible. For 250,000 Rupiah, the facilities were really lacking: no blanket, a dirty bathroom and fan, and unfriendly service.

The rooms are dirty, the staff are unfriendly, and the amenities don't feel worth the price. The online booking system is unclear and doesn't work properly. I wouldn't recommend it. Find somewhere else to stay.
