The indoor pool and restaurant areas were clean, and so were the pool bathroom and toilet. Swimsuits can be rented for IDR20K each. During my stay the breakfast choices were limited, and there wasn't a non-smoking area. My room was clean, decent, and comfortable, and the service was good. The bath mat barely absorbed water, which made it annoying to walk out of the bathroom with wet feet.

Checking out today was a great experience. The receptionist went the extra mile, and I had an amazing stay. I'd really recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bantaeng.

The room was clean, but I didn't enjoy the breakfast much. It felt more like dinner, with rice, chicken, and noodles. There were no eggs, bread, or juice, only water, and even the coffee had run out.
