There were two baby rats and even three big lizards around, so the place was very natural, and honestly that was fun. The room did traumatize me, though. I’d still recommend the place, but please improve the room’s safety and hygiene. Otherwise, it was very good!

The coffee was outstanding, highly recommended. We spent two nights at this beautiful resort, with large rooms that were easy to reach from the lobby and comfortable beds. It was very quiet, and the terrace right outside our room had an amazing view. Banyuwangi center, where we went for lunch one day, and Baluran national park were both within reach.

We were lucky to get a last-minute booking through Agoda. It’s 17 minutes from the port to Bali, and the sunrise was beautiful. The resort-style hotel gave us a very spacious room, including a big bathroom. The lamp was broken when we arrived, the toilet flush was broken, and there was no hot water at midnight, but the staff treated us well and were friendly and helpful, so we were okay with those issues. The surroundings are lovely and we took lots of pictures. I’d recommend it for a family visit, perhaps in low season.

Best accommodation in the Bangsring Area. I stayed in a Family Room that can fit three people or more. It was clean, had a superb view facing Ijen Mountain, and the food was great with big portions. Breakfast was well worth it for 50k/person, with coffee, tea or milk, fresh juice, and a main course. I also ordered tempe mendoan and singkong goreng, and they tasted amazing. I’ll definitely stay here again.
