A nice spot.

The room was spacious, but we were cold because the AC temperature couldn't be adjusted. They fixed it after a while. The bathroom was a bit dirty, the shower stopped working for a time, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out. There is plenty of space to park cars and motorcycles. The price didn't match the rate advertised in the app. When we arrived, they asked us to pay extra, saying they'd lose money at the app price. We felt cheated, and would have moved elsewhere if a refund had been possible. I hope they take the complaint seriously and make improvements. The place has a lot of potential if it's managed more professionally, and I hope it brings blessings to everyone.

There was no front desk when we got there, so we had to ask around for the number of the person on duty. They called the owner, who then asked us to pay more. For the location and the boarding-house-like condition, the total price didn't seem worth it, so we didn't want to pay extra. This really is a boarding house being used as a homestay, and the service felt unprofessional. They refused to refund us and told us to handle it ourselves through the app. It seems many people have been caught out this way, while the app price is left unchanged. They ask for more money on arrival, which is especially tough for people getting in late at night with only a little spending money.

The AC was the only good part. There was no staff in the lobby at check-in, and four rooms weren't ready. Two of those rooms were dirty.
