We spent two nights here in an air-conditioned room. It was clean, tidy, and well priced, but the staff were the best part. They were so friendly, and we had some really good conversations. They also helped with questions and arranging transport. Best wishes to you, Emmy.

Don't book online anywhere, they don't accept those bookings. Call or just show up. The woman working here isn't the owner, but she works hard and does an excellent job. She's very helpful, speaks English well, and communicates clearly. She helped with everything I asked, and we stayed in touch even days later while I was still traveling.

We stayed at Pesona twice, for 7-9 days each time, while dealing with health issues in Jakarta rather than on holiday. Nana and all her staff helped us in every way we could think of. They anticipated everything and nothing was too much trouble. Within a few days Nana already felt like a sister, and supported me through this intense period. The food from the kitchen is more than delicious, so there's no need to go out. They arrange laundry, shopping if you want it, your driver, everything. Love you guys!
