Panbil Residence Apartment Batam

For a one-night stay, this was a really good, affordable option. I paid around RM250 (about SGD 85), and would recommend it to couples and families travelling on a budget. The room was neat and clean, the facilities were good, and the hotel had what I needed for a staycation. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, though many of the good dishes contained beef, which I’m allergic to. Even so, the experience was amazing.

The room was super clean, and the customer service was quick to respond. Our kettle smelled bad, so they replaced it with a brand new one. My skin is usually quite sensitive and gets itchy easily, but I had no problems here. It’s right in the centre of batam, easy to get around from, and Grab was easy to find too. Highly recommend! :)

Guest Receptionist Mecaria made my stay so much easier with her help. She greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile from check-in through checkout. Even though she’s new, she was a great help and deserves recognition. Thumbs up, and thank you for the lovely service. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely come back soon 🥰

The best thing was the huge gallon of water in the room. Room service and cleanliness were good, and there’s security to look after your vehicle. You can also use the Wynham hotel facilities, and they can pick you up and take you to panbil nature reserve. The buffet was okay, but I waited over 15 minutes for the milk to be refilled after asking three or four staff. Getting into the hotel can be tricky: it’s on a busy highway, and you have to make a difficult u-turn and keep immediately left. Look out for Wynham and turn in just after the sign, up the slope.
