Ando Hotel Batam

This was my second stay at Ando Hotel Batam, and I had another pleasant visit. The room was clean, suited two people well, and came with basic amenities. We could leave our luggage before check-in. Staff were friendly, and the minimalist feel was nice. The shower temperature fluctuated a little, but it didn’t affect the stay much. Harbour Bay, Nagoya Hill, and nearby cafés are close by, while Grand Batam Mall is about 12-15 minutes away. There was nice food and refreshing drinks on the 9th floor. Good value for the price, and recommended. Thank you, Ando staff, for the warm hospitality.

The towels in the room looked very dirty and old. I hope management replaces them. Apart from that, the hotel is still fairly new and the room condition was okay. The location is good and the staff are friendly. Soundproofing could be better, though it was acceptable. I’d still recommend this hotel for a no-fuss stay in batam.

The pricing was competitive, and I appreciated the accessibility features. Cleanliness was outstanding, with careful attention to detail throughout the hotel. The front desk and housekeeping teams gave personal, excellent service, and the staff were consistently warm and kind. It really stood out for its hospitality.

I liked the café on the 9th floor and its open-air space with a nice view. The hotel is a short walk from Nagoya Shopping Centre and close to other amenities. My room was clean and comfortable during my four-night stay, and the staff were friendly. Dini was especially helpful and kind when I checked in and again on my last day at checkout. I’ll stay here on my next trip to Batam. Thank you to all the staff.
