4/10
The bathroom and room cleanliness let this stay down. The sheets weren’t clean, and there was a lot of dust on the bed frame. The toilet bolt was broken, and the water heater kept switching unpredictably between cold and hot. Service was lacking too, and the stay didn’t meet basic expectations for comfort. I hope management takes these problems seriously.

The room was okay, but cockroaches were all over, including on the bed and in the bathroom, kettle, and glass. There’s no lift, and the Wi-Fi seemed poor. At least it’s centrally located, with a food court nearby.

It’s a very tidy hotel, and the beds are hygienic. The price is affordable too. The drawback is the lack of a lift, though it’s only a three-floor hotel.

The bed was comfortable for a budget hotel, and there are food places nearby. DC Mall is a 10-minute walk away. The Wi-Fi was terrible, though, and that’s what kept this from being a four-star stay.

It was alright, though the rooms looked a little different from the pictures.
