I had a little birthday stay and they made it feel extra special with mini decor in my room. The service was warm and attentive the whole time, and every staff member made me feel at home. They also gave me a late checkout, which made it even more relaxing. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd recommend it for a cozy, memorable stay, and I'll definitely be back soon! 💕🥰✨

Clean, affordable accommodation with simple basics. The buffet breakfast was basic too, and the amenities include a small pool and gym. There’s an IndoMart just a five-minute walk away. The Batam Ferry Terminal and Grand Batam Mall are about 15 minutes away by Grab, with good food and shopping there. Will come again!

We had a cozy stay, with a big room and comfy bed. Great value for money in Batam, and the location is handy for the mall and everything else. Highly recommended.

Our superior room was cozy, if a little small, and we got a slightly early check-in, which was nice. Staff were friendly and gave great service, and the free breakfast had a decent selection, though it can get crowded in the morning. The location worked for us. There aren't malls nearby, but Grab rides are easy to get and cheap. The shower's glass partition was small, so water splashed outside. There was no smart TV and the channel selection was limited. The main drawback was not having an iron in the room. You can request one, subject to availability. Once none were available, and I was told to call reception again the next morning. There's no ironing board either, though they provided a thick piece of cloth to iron on. Still, it was a decent stay and worth what we paid.

I've stayed here many times. It's one of the better value hotels, and the location is handy, about five minutes from nagoya shopping centre. Breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning works well, and the water pressure is amazing. Rooms facing the road can be noisy, so you may want ear plugs or to ask for a room away from it.
