The conference hall is large and well suited to events, and the gym is spacious and very well equipped. Rooms are large and comfortable, with good air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. There’s a convenience store across the road for small items. Restu was especially helpful.

The shower pressure was great, and the towels smelled fresh and clean, not like they'd been mass washed. Each person gets two pillows, and the rooms have international plugs, so I didn't have to worry about bringing adapters. It has a good four-star feel. I would've liked Netflix on the TV. I'd seen some reviews saying it was available, but my room didn't have it. There were still different TV programs to choose from.

We asked for a smoking room, but none was available at first. The staff offered to move us on the second day to make that possible, and called about 10 minutes after we settled in to check everything was okay. The room was clean, everything worked as described, and the service was great. We also went to the pool BBQ. The food selection wasn't huge, but each item was fresh and cooked well, and you can ask for food to be cooked on the spot.

Kireina also checked how I and the other guests were doing. Thanks for the good service! My first stay here went well: Wina, sorry if I spelled that wrong, made check-in quick and smooth. Staff kept checking whether guests were comfortable and if anything was lacking. Breakfast was super nice with lots of choices. There's a convenience store within walking distance. I'd watched a few reviews on TikTok, and this was definitely a good choice.
