Thanks to Mr. Aris and Ms. Anisah, the charity iftar I organized ran smoothly and felt warm and meaningful for everyone. They took care of the setup and food arrangements, made sure everything was ready on time, and coordinated things throughout the event. They stayed calm and efficient despite all the moving parts, and their initiative and readiness to help wherever needed made organizing much easier. From the start, both showed real commitment, professionalism, and sincerity. I’m very grateful for their reliable support and would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a caring, capable team.

Sisi and Nihal made breakfast especially enjoyable with their warm, attentive welcome. There was a good variety of tasty food as well. We found the rooms clean, spacious, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. We had a pleasant, memorable stay at Aston Nagoya City Hotel and would consider coming back.

The location was a real plus, with lots of restaurants just outside. We had a great breakfast at a nearby dim sum place. The hotel breakfast itself was fine too. Check-in was quick, and the breakfast team, service staff, and security were all friendly and helpful. Our room was bright, clean, and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and air conditioning that worked perfectly. For the price, it was excellent value and easily felt like a five-star stay. We had a great experience and would return.

We liked the hotel's modern minimalist style, and its location was convenient and strategic. The staff and breakfast selection were excellent. We did find two or three small cockroaches in our room during our two-night stay on 01June 2026. We hope management takes this seriously and deals with it promptly.

I keep coming back to Aston Nagoya City for the location, comfortable rooms, and great service and hospitality. Sisi at the restaurant deserves a special mention for her warmth and lovely service. One small thing: guests now have to pay extra for Latte and Cappuccino at breakfast, though those coffee options used to be included in the buffet. Aside from that, everything was wonderful.
