I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and used to like the room and the range of TV channels. My latest stay was disappointing because staff told me the hotel no longer provides TV channels. The bathroom towels were yellow and old, even though they were changed every day. I hope management will address these problems. I do want to thank the staff who helped us. Dian patiently handled my bookings and transport over WhatsApp, including 13 rooms for 30 Jan - 1 Feb 2026 and 5 rooms for 30 Jan - 2 Feb 2026. Jemmy arranged all 18 rooms quickly, so check-in didn’t take long. Darma, the restaurant supervisor, was courteous and helpful, and breakfast was good.

The friendly staff and convenient location for food and nightlife are why I gave two stars. Wi-Fi worked okay. The building feels rundown. Water drips from ceiling leaks in the corridors and rooms, some air conditioners don’t work, the staircase is blocked off, and only one lift is available. I also wonder what the emergency escape routes are. Rooms are very basic, in poor condition, and have windows facing a wall and noisy outdoor air conditioning units. The towels were filthy.

This feels like a budget hotel. The wardrobe door wouldn’t open, the toilet bowl was loose, and the shower head was broken. There are two ugly pillars in the toilet and the room. I can’t imagine what the architect was thinking.

I want to thank the team for their service during my stay from 16 September to 21 September. At the front desk, Jimmy was patient, helpful, and arranged the rooms well for me and my friends. Ter was friendly and courteous. In the restaurant, Darma provided proactive service, and Sri’s customer service was outstanding.

The room was comfortable and affordable, and there’s a quiet place to study on your own. In the morning, they serve a buffet with a choice of food and drinks, even ice cream!!!!!
