The rooms are roomy and well set up, and the staff were really nice about requests. We asked for extra bottles and pillows, and even an air freshener, and they helped with all of it. Nagoya Hill is a short distance away, with food options nearby if you don't feel like going farther. I'd stay here again.

Massage places, a hair salon, a money changer, and Nagoya Hill shopping are all close by. It's an older hotel, with both smoking and non-smoking rooms. I heard that levels 2 and 3 have been refurbished.

I came from Natuna Island and was impressed by how clean the hotel was. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was okay. It's in the city center, near Nagoya Hill and Jabal Arafah Mosque. A friend who had stayed here recommended it to me, and it was nice staying at Central Hotel Nagoya, Batam.

I was here for two weeks on business. The room and toilet were clean, and the price was cheap. The water heater took about a minute to get hot, though. It's in the middle of the Nagoya area. They offer short-time stays, so pay attention to that condition.
