We paid for a Deluxe Room but got a single room instead. When we asked to switch because we'd specifically booked Deluxe, staff refused and said their system hadn't been updated with the room type. Seriously?! The room was in terrible shape, smelly and filthy. The bathroom floor was oily, the mattress was dirty, and the blanket and pillows had blood stains. There wasn't even a mirror. We also asked for a clean blanket, but even after we showed photos, staff insisted it had been washed and was clean. This was our last stay here. The service was very poor, the room extremely dirty, and the staff irresponsible and completely unsatisfactory.

A notice posted prominently outside Sedago Inn and at reception says the property owner has ended the partnership with OYO. It also says Sedago Inn won't take responsibility for OTA or online OYO / Collection O reservations, and those bookings won't be honoured. They only accept walk-in bookings paid in cash. Be warned ⚠️.

For S$10 a night, I got a King Size bed, smart TV, washroom, and Gojek Express room service. I'll take that deal. The Wi-FI was horrible and kept dropping, though maybe my room was too far from the router. There's a young guy at reception who's super nice. I'd say this place suits a single guy on a tight budget looking for a fun weekend, somewhere to come back to and watch Netflix and chill. Couples could go too, depending on their budget, but for me it's a cheap single guy kind of place.

The Google Maps location pin and the address on the listing are both wrong. Please book directly with the property.

It was cheap, but uncomfortable and not recommended. Staff were asleep on the front sofa, someone played guitar during the night break, and loud music went on until morning.
