For a low price, the room is much more spacious than at other hotels. There’s a seating area, a study desk with a mirror, a clothes hanger, storage, a kettle and a hair dryer. The staff were all friendly and ready to help, and they offer in-room food orders and massage. It’s a great location too, with plenty of food outside and lots of convenience stores within a three-minute walk. There were dirt and stains on the walls, curtains, towel and bed, and the bathroom lighting was especially dim. Still, I had a pleasant stay and would absolutely recommend it for the facilities and price. I can’t complain much at this rate, but if visible stains bother you, this place isn’t for you :3

We booked a family room and slept through the night, even though the soundproofing was weak. The hotel was clean and nice, surprisingly so. Hospitality was good too. They do require a RP100,000 deposit.

Worst stay ever, especially for 2.5m a night. We were in the three-bedroom apartment on the top level, with no lift access. The room was dusty and full of cockroaches, the fridge was faulty, and the air-conditioning roared all night.

The location is convenient, with many eateries and shops nearby and Nagoya hill mall within walking distance. My superior twin room was spacious and had a window, a safe, a clothes hanger and hooks. The bed was comfortable for me, and indoor slippers were provided. The AC worked well, and the WiFi and TV signal were good. Water pressure was strong, there was a shower partition, and there was no sewage smell in the bathroom. There were some downsides. Water seeped through the missing seals between the shower partition gaps into the toilet area. The room and bathroom were a little dim, and there was no minibar or wardrobe. The bedsheet and pillowcase were stained, worn and dated, and there were moldy spots in the shower. A strong cigarette smell lingered in the room despite it being a non-smoking room and floor, which felt suffocating, especially for anyone with respiratory issues. Street and corridor noise came through easily too. Cleanliness was acceptable overall, but could be better. The stay was OK for me.
