Grand Batam Mall is very close, and BCS Mall is just across the road. There are food courts nearby as well, so you can save on travel to Batam's malls. The place was very clean, and the owner was friendly. Everything felt perfect during my stay. I’d book again if I get another chance to visit Batam. Definitely recommended for people planning to shop a lot and borong borong. ⭐

It’s quiet and feels safe. The Wi-Fi got a bit patchy at night, but the water pressure was strong and the water was hot. I first chose this homestay because I wanted somewhere close to the mall, and it really is. Grand Batam Lobby 3 is just a one-minute walk away. The room was clean, though not very big, and fully air-conditioned. The bathroom was clean, and there was soap, shampoo, two bottles of mineral water, and towels. No toothbrush or toothpaste, and breakfast wasn’t included.

The service was excellent, friendly, and responsive. Rooms were clean and Grand Batam Mall is only a short walk away. Recommended for family trips.

The owner of Homestay D3 was friendly, communicative, and helpful. I felt comfortable and safe there, and I’ll stay again when I return to Batam. It’s a simple, clean homestay in the city center, right in the Grand Batam Mall area. The lobbies of the three malls are about 3-5 minutes away, which makes getting around easy. The clean room had a bed that fit two people comfortably. At check-in, I got two bottles of mineral water, and there’s a dispenser on the second floor for refills. Towels and clothes hangers were provided. The bathroom was bright and clean, with running water, soap, shampoo, and even a body sponge.
