The breakfast choices were limited, and the WiFi, although fast, was sometimes unstable. Still, this is a good budget hotel in Batuaji, Batam, and everything else was good.

The hotel was clean, but there was a small cockroach in the bathroom and the hot water didn't work. There also wasn't a breakfast package.

The water heater wasn't working, unfortunately. The price is affordable, though.

The WiFi kept cutting out, and there was no hot water while I was there. It suits a tight budget.

The room I got didn't satisfy me, and I think it may have been because I used a discount coupon. The staff were kind, which eased my disappointment a little.
