The breakfast choices were a little limited, but that wasn’t a big deal. The atmosphere was calm, our room was clean, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional, from the receptionist to Hendra the janitor. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely come back!

The room itself was okay, but it was right beside the elevator, which made a lot of noise at night. We couldn’t sleep, which was the main reason we needed a room. The front desk staff seemed very unwilling to help, so we had no choice but to stay there. I won’t return.

I spent three nights here, but heavy construction behind my room kept me from getting even 30 minutes of rest. I ended up going outside every day.

Nice rooms, good Wi-Fi, and efficient service. The location is good, and it’s good value.

If you’re driving, be aware that parking in this area is charged by the hour. Hotel guests don’t get free parking or a voucher. The rooms and service are okay, but Nagoya is far away unless you drive.
