Collection O near Harbour Bay Mall formerly Kansa Hotel

The lady staff were well mannered, which was the one thing that made me feel a little better. Still, I was extremely disappointed and would never return. I paid about INR350.000 because it was a public holiday, and I could have stayed somewhere better for that price. The website photos were completely unreal. The lobby looked cheap, with water leaking from a wall, and there's no lift, so you have to use the stairs. My room smelled awful. The sheets were yellowish, dirty, stained, and had cigarette burn holes. There was a leak in the room too. The toilet was filthy, with a cigarette left behind by the previous customer. The towel was poor quality and dirty as well. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
