The rates are cheap, and the staff are kind, always opening the door for you. The rooms are small and old, with foul-smelling pillows and a mattress that feels thin and soft. You get two cups of mineral water, but no straws. There’s a dog barking constantly, and the WiFi isn’t stable. Windsor food centre is nearby for beers and live performances, and there are several coffee shops downstairs.

It’s in a handy spot near a food court, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly too.

I felt welcome, and the customer service was superb. The WiFi was good once I picked the right link.

It’s a small hotel, but being near the city centre makes it easy to get around.

Everything else was good, but the bathroom doors are horrible.
