Hotel Golden Gate

The quality is decent for the price and suits budget travelers. The rooms are a bit dusty, and the location is quite far from the entertainment center. There is hot water in the bathroom, though its cleanliness could be better.

I've stayed here a few times, and the room attendants were very friendly and quick to take care of what I needed. The customer service was nearly excellent compared with other 3 star hotels nearby. At night, the security staff took the initiative to escort guests out of the hotel. It's a cool, relaxing place away from the busy nightlife.

The room is decent for a budget hotel, and it's near a mall, so getting around is easy. But a staff member told my sister I was fat, which was very rude. The breakfast fried rice tasted like it had been cooked days ago.

The staff were welcoming, and having a lift made getting around easy. I stayed with a free voucher from GLG, and the hotel is right beside DC Mall, with a special gate leading straight inside. The room was fairly clean and tidy for a 2-star place, though I noticed stains on the floor and in the bathroom, and there was no kettle. The view wasn't very nice. My OYO booking didn't include breakfast, but it was available for 20k per person if paid there. If you just need somewhere to sleep while visiting, this should do.
