The location worked well for us, with Avava and Top100 malls nearby. I stayed three days and two nights with my parents in a twin room at Nivila Inn. Staff quickly replaced a pillow after I found a tick on it, and they were also prompt when we asked for an extra bed and pillow. Still, a friend who works there told me bed bugs and other insects in the rooms aren't unusual.
The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the room was in really bad shape. There was a strong smell, leaks in several places, and lots of cockroaches and bedbugs. It was also very noisy around the hotel at night because of the nightclub music. The hotel needs renovation.
For a 2-star hotel, it's not bad. There's no breakfast, and it's beside a disco. The Wi-Fi is there.
This is the best hotel, in my words.
