Everything felt fresh and comfortable in this brand-new hotel. My room was clean and modern, and the staff were really friendly. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

I stayed four days at this newly built hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff welcomed me warmly and were very friendly. I liked the breakfast buffet too, personally. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at Maxone Hotel was short but wonderful. The accommodation was lovely, and the staff helped with all the questions we had. Kris answered most of them while we were checking in. We look forward to visiting again.

Getting to Nagoya Hill Mall was easy, about a 5-minute Grab ride, and the front desk team was quick and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean, the shower drained without any trouble, and the aircon got properly cold. The modern room card worked well, and tapping it in the lift selected my floor automatically. I had no trouble getting into the room. Since the hotel is new, I couldn’t find many good room photos online before booking, so it felt like a bit of a gamble. I’ve added photos with my review for future guests. Breakfast was tasty enough, but there wasn’t much variety. I think the hotel opened in December 2025. Compared with the 4-star hotels I tried in December, ibis and harmoni one, this was significantly better. I’ll likely stay here again when I return to Batam.
