We paid 350,000 IDR per night for room 409 for two nights. The air conditioning worked well, but the stained sheets were a nasty surprise when we pulled back the blanket, and we couldn't sleep comfortably. The bathroom was also difficult to use because the water pressure was so weak and there was no hot water. Even the floor mat looked black and unwashed. Breakfast was average. We won't be back.

There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel, along with an Alfamart and a pharmacy, and getting a Grab was easy. The airport is only about seven minutes away, with a free hotel shuttle, while Riau city is about 45 minutes away. The staff were all friendly, and the hotel and nearby shops had only opened a few months earlier. I arrived early and was charged extra for checking in ahead of time. For Muslim guests looking for food, check across the road for Muslim-run places. Thanks for the service. I hope it stays this good, and we'd come again.

I had an uncomfortable night because the towels and sheets weren't clean. The water pressure on the fourth floor was poor too, possibly because the room was so high up. My first stay here left a lot to be desired, and I can't recommend it after that experience.

We were happy with what we paid and would recommend this hotel for a stopover. It took only about five minutes by car to reach Hang Nadim airport, and the hotel is in a large commercial complex with lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, shops, and groceries. The room was a good size, though cleanliness could be better. The amenities were nearly perfect, and the staff helped move us when our first room had a terrible sewage smell.
