Yello Hotel Harbour Bay Batam

We had a fantastic time there for our kid’s birthday. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it was a nice place to stay. I’d recommend the Yello Hotel Harbour Bay. Must try. 🥰

We booked 4 Urban Rooms for 2 nights, and the staff at Yello Hotel were cheerful and bubbly. The rooms were super clean with a lovely outlook, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Good facilities, and the funky yellow theme gives the place a bright, trendy feel. A big thank you to Pak Alhamda for being patient, responsive and helping with our needs. He went the extra mile to get everything ready for our simple mini wedding. The honeymoon setups in all 4 rooms for the 4 couples were gorgeous. Our event room for 14 pax was simple but elegant, spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. The rates were truly affordable. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives, whether for a quick getaway or a long stay. We’d love to return and try other rooms or even the penthouse. The rooms are clean and compact, with a minimalist look that feels stylish and useful. After a day out, the rooftop views are a nice place to relax together. It’s a convenient base for exploring, close to the ferry terminal and local eateries, which saved us time. For couples wanting a lively, handy Batam stay, the bright street-art-inspired decor gives the hotel an energetic, modern personality that stands out.

Mr Putra at reception was a great help when we ran into a bigger issue and needed assistance. He handled it with patience, tact, and real resourcefulness. He represents this very nice hotel so well.
