A good spot for a short Batam getaway. The room was clean, the owner responded quickly, and the price was affordable. Food, convenience stores, a money changer and massage parlour are all within walking distance. I’d definitely stay again.

The owner was friendly and polite, and the stay was hassle-free. The place is new and conveniently located, with a great balcony view of Singapore. It has room amenities and is an excellent value for an Airbnb stay.

My wife loved this apartment. We stayed 10 nites, and it was nice and clean, with easy connections to most places of interest. The host was very responsive and trustworthy, with clear mutual terms and conditions. We sincerely appreciate his hospitality and thank him.

I found the apartment comfortable, and the owner was friendly. It worked well for me since I could easily grab food from the food court downstairs.

Good location and a nice place to stay. The building happened to have a power trip, but that wasn’t the owner’s fault.
