Mr Pitra and the rest of the crew were courteous and really attentive. The breakfast buffet is short on options, but what they serve is delicious. I stayed three days in October 2025 and came back for another three days starting 17 November 2025. Thanks, I'd recommend staying here.

The service is what it is, and the room rates are fair if you aren't expecting a multi-star hotel. It's good value for a brief business trip, especially if you want to stay near Hang Nadim Airport (BTH).

My dad was traveling alone, and the staff made his stay comfortable and pleasant. He was happy with the shuttle, food, and other necessities, and the team were friendly and helpful. We'll choose this hotel again when we visit Batam.

It's a cheap, well-kept place that works well for a transit stay. I also tried the massage service, and the staff were very helpful. The massage left me relaxed and able to enjoy my holiday without back pain. Worth trying.
