I booked through Agoda, but when I reached the address I found out the hotel was no longer there. My money was gone, yet the listing still appeared on Agoda. Please be careful about booking this place through any platform.

After booking on Agoda, I found out the hotel had shut down and become a house.

I transferred the money, only to find out there were no rooms and the boarding house was full. This was my first time trying Oyo after usually booking with Traveloka or Tiket.com, and this place turned out to be a scam. Oyo should review its partners more carefully and be more selective.

Is there an admin contact number? I'd like to book if there is.

The service was friendly, and the facilities were complete. It's a comfortable place, close to the mosque, gas station, restaurants, and other spots.
