I stayed five nights, and nobody cleaned the room even once. It was dirty, and the toilet was very dirty too. The toilet fixtures had been broken for a long time and still hadn’t been repaired. There was no hot water, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, or soap.

They should let customers change the dates if they book the wrong stay dates, instead of keeping the money. It doesn’t feel fair that I can’t change the booking even though I haven’t stayed yet, just because the date mistake was mine.

This wasn’t a good choice. The price was the same as a five-star hotel, but the room and service weren’t good. The toilet was dirty, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. If I could get a refund, I would. Thanks.

For a cheap place just to sleep, it was still okay. The room had some space and a water heater. The pillow and towel didn't seem very clean, though, and there was a smoky smell in the room.
