Lovina 5510 at Pollux Meisterstadt

The pools and gym were clean, and the tower and mall lobbies looked nice. The rest of the complex felt unfinished and poorly maintained, with some tower exterior walls left unpainted and corridors that were a bit dirty and dim. I booked an Airbnb in tower A. One of its four lifts was already out on day one, though the wait was still bearable. From day two, another lift stopped working, so just two lifts served a 55-floor tower. The waits became terrible, and lifts were often packed by the time they reached the 25th floor. I felt for the people staying on the lower floors.

The apartment is clean and worth recommending, and you can cook for your family. Which unit you get depends on what’s available to book. The swimming pool wasn’t clean, though. I hope they give more serious thought to its cleaning and design.

Easy to get to, and a nice, clean place.

The room was too small, with no balcony, and there were too many little cockroaches and a rat. Parking wasn’t good, the security staff weren’t friendly, and it wasn’t worth it.
