I stayed here for almost a month. The building is pretty old, but that was fine. The service, though, bothered me. When a package arrived, I politely asked the front-line staff about it and he kept saying nothing had come in without even looking. Only after I showed him the courier photos did he try to find it. Also, don't count on the guard to help with heavy things. When we were moving out and carrying a lot from the lobby to the car, he ignored us and acted like he didn't see us.

Really bad service. The receptionist couldn't de-escalate the problem. Isn't that part of hotel service, especially in the center of Batam? Front-line staff should be able to calm someone's issue, then escalate it to a manager to report it and find a solution. This receptionist acted like he owned the place and insisted on handling everything his own way 👍

The internet was fast and included, which mattered since I was working remotely. The place was clean and quiet most of the time, with friendly, helpful staff. They cleaned the room once a week, it was non-smoking and had AC, and security was there 24 hours. Laundry was available at an affordable price. For food, there were lots of choices to order through Go Food (GoJek apps), and you could book online cabs to get around. I didn't try the gym, but they have one. I stayed a month and had a great experience overall. The pool could be cleaner, and sometimes the bathroom water smelled strange.

It's about a one-minute walk to Batam Go Kart. The apartment feels like a typical HDB 2 or 3 room flat, with a gas stove, clean toilet, big beds, and a water dispenser. The view is stunning, though that depends on the room.

We booked two 2-bedroom apartments. The location isn't central, but taxis, Grab, and Uber made it easy to get around. Hospitality, reception, cleanliness, and facilities were all above par. Keep it up, well done.
