The staff were friendly, though the room service was a real letdown. This is an affordable option for a short stay, especially if you're traveling alone. The room was clean but a bit small, and the linen, TV, and air conditioning still looked new. There's also a smoking area.

The staff were kind, but I wouldn't recommend this place for a vacation. The bathroom had no water heater, toilet paper, or mirror, and the room had only a bed and TV. It's cheap, but it doesn't feel like good value.

The toilet had a bad smell, though luckily we brought some air freshener. We had a good time during our stay, and Miss.sylvia was especially lovely, humble, and easygoing. She helped us through the trip with suggestions for places to eat and a good massage. It was a reasonable stay, thanks guys.

The room faced the main road, so the sun hit it directly and heated the wall. The air conditioning couldn't cool the room during the day, though it was cold at night. Rooms are small and the floor wasn't clean. There were no slippers, just one access card, and no lift. There's no food stall nearby, but you can get a Grab or Go-Jek. They wouldn't let us check in before 1400hrs.

The room smelled, and cleanliness was basically zero. The bed had bed bugs, and there's no lift even for the upper floors. Worst hotel ever.
