The rooms are good and it’s a very peaceful location, but the facilities are really poor. The AC is very low, it gets too hot, there’s no food nearby, and there’s no hospitality. The older woman who cleans and works reception is a bit rude. I’ll leave it at that, watch the videos and decide for yourself.

Worth the price.

I booked through agoda, then asked to cancel and get a full refund after seeing bad reviews from other guests. agoda said the operator would decide about the refund. A few days later, they told me the operator had refused a full refund and asked if I still wanted to cancel, so I lost my chance at a 100% refund. I’ve filed a police report about this. A local also told me reddoorz isn’t hygienic or suitable for tourists. Does this place even exist?
4/10
Everything felt dirty: the room, refrigerator, and water. We had to keep the bathroom and toilet closed because of the smell. The one upside is the convenient roadside location, right in front of the security post.
