Breakfast costs extra, but it was good quality and worth paying for. The room rate was reasonable for the Batu Aji area, too. Still, the room was in poor condition and wasn't clean, and there was no hot water in the shower. A strong smoke smell lingered the whole night and wouldn't go away. With the maintenance and cleanliness so far below an acceptable standard, I wouldn't stay again despite the price.
The morning breakfast was the one good thing, though you have to pay 15,000 Indonesian rupiah for it. Housekeeping was poor: the room cleaning was very bad, the air conditioning didn't feel cool, and the sink tap had weak water flow. The toilet items were cheap quality, there was no good shower gel, and no shaving kit.
The room rate is affordable, but cleanliness needs attention. At the Batu Aji location there's no hot shower. The customer service was okay, and staff could communicate in English very well. There's no lift, though a porter will carry your luggage.
It's very cheap, and the small standard room was clean and quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Basic amenities were there, and the air conditioning worked really well.
Everything was in good condition, especially the staff, who were so kind.
