Dear Mr. RT, please set clear expectations for the guards on night duty. They seem to spend their shifts sleeping or using their phones. When online drivers come to deliver food inside the housing complex, the guards won’t open the gate, so the drivers have to squeeze through while looking down. What are the guards meant to be doing? I hope they’ll treat visitors more warmly in future, like guards at other housing complexes. Thank you 🙏
