The rooms were in such bad shape that I checked in and left right away. The sheets weren't fresh, the towels were covered in stains, and the pillows had no cases. I wasted my time and money at this rat hole, and they even charged a room deposit. It's a huge disappointment that Agoda lets the place advertise there. I hope the platform checks listings more carefully, or I'll have to look for another way to book. I also hope L hotel takes a look at these reviews and responds if they care to.

We ended up staying just one night because nearby places were full, then checked out earlier than planned. We'd booked a junior suite, but it didn't feel worth even one star to me, despite being called a three-star hotel. The first room was dirty, the toilet looked used and uncleaned, small cockroaches were crawling around, and the sheets seemed filthy. We asked to move, but the next room wasn't any better: water from the ceiling was dripping onto the bed. They said there were no more rooms, so we asked them to clean the first one instead. It was still dirty.

We came because the reviews were good, and it turned into a nightmare. The room photos need updating because our room looked horrible. On our second night in room 615, heavy rain left the floor flooded by the time we woke at 9am. Our bags and clothes were soaked. The receptionist said there were no rooms because the hotel was full, so I pushed for a change and finally got one for our last night. The problems started at check-in. The receptionist said my husband's name was already in a room, even though he was standing beside me and we'd just arrived. She claimed she'd checked the passport, which made no sense. We'd paid for three days and two nights, and eventually got a room. The TV was broken and the aircon remote had no battery. We asked to switch because of the TV, but were told to wait until the next day. That kept being put off until the flood. Don't waste your money here, you can find a better hotel elsewhere. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

This place has caused me nothing but trouble. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I think the company is stupid. They should close it down and stop doing business.
