We booked and paid for two rooms through Agoda, where the price was listed at RM29 per room for one night. When we contacted the owner, they said that price wasn’t for the property, even though it was available on Agoda. If a listing is there, the owner should know about it and honor what customers book and pay for. When we asked for our money back, the owner acted as if they didn’t know anything and told us to contact Agoda ourselves. There’s no clarity in the whole process. Anyone looking for a place to stay should avoid being drawn in by this. It felt like a scam.

The hotel’s location wasn’t clear, and there was no parking or reception. I had to ask around just to get the owner’s number, and then the owner told me to find the place myself. This felt like a scam. Next time I’ll choose somewhere trustworthy. I’ll make my parents confused.

There was no receptionist, and the room was full. They told me it was full but hadn’t confirmed that I wouldn’t be staying. When I asked for a refund, they didn’t reply, which showed no good faith. I’ll keep commenting about this on Google, changing it to Google.

I won’t stay here again tomorrow. I wanted to stay, but they lied to me and there was no receptionist. It was really bad.

Can I pay by the month here? Is there a WhatsApp number I can contact?
