The staff were friendly, and the location is good, but I wouldn’t pick this room again. We were given a smoking room, the bed felt too soft and wobbly, the toilet bowl was yellowish, and the room lighting was too dim. The service counter was very low even though there was plenty of room in the other corner. I might come back, but this stay wasn’t nice, and it’s not for anyone fussy.

This was my second stay. The room was spacious and affordable, and the location worked well, with convenience stores, other good places, and a large mall nearby. Breakfast was okay, though they could offer more variety.

The price was very reasonable and the hotel was good, with excellent service from the staff. Ms Lisan at the front office was especially kind. She checked on my safety and suggested a room with a standing shower.

The location was good, and the lobby looked nice, but the room and bathroom were old and very dirty. The toilet smelled awful, the bathtub was filthy, and the bed shook with a very soft mattress. Even the yellowish towel felt disgusting. I stayed here on 28 dec 2025 and wouldn’t recommend this run-down hotel.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful when I’ve stayed here with my mom, daughter, and siblings, usually as a group of four. We book either a connecting room or a family room, and they’ve been clean and tidy, with a well-kept toilet and a very clean kettle. We skip breakfast because there’s plenty of food, restaurants, and malls nearby. Grand Batam Mall and BCS are about a 10-minute walk away, with lots of roadside street food in the evening and an open food court beside BCS.
