The air conditioning was so bad that we changed rooms three times to get away from the awful smell coming from it. We had to pay extra for another room with working AC, and even after the upgrade the cracked walls, leaking bidet, torn curtains, and stained pillows and sheets were still there. The hotel offered no compensation. The receptionist argued with us and said the manager had scolded him for waiving the upgrade fee on the first night. Every room we saw had these problems. It was a total disaster, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable, and I liked the shower. Staff were friendly and check-in went fine. I had to leave at 4am, so I didn't try breakfast. Parking is limited, and the location is tricky, a bit far from the city center. I also saw cockroaches near reception when I checked out. You get what you pay for at a budget hotel, so don't expect much. The deposit is 150k rupiah.

The room and bed were spacious, which was the best part. The amenities were typical for a budget hotel, with tea, coffee, water and a mini fridge. The card key didn't work properly, and the AC wasn't cold enough. It's decent overall.

Our end of year holiday in 2022 was a bad experience. Four years after our 2018 stay, the hotel had gone downhill: the room smelled, the lighting and TV seemed old, and the facilities had deteriorated. Back in 2018, we stayed for three days and two nights, and the room was spacious and clean.

The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, bright, and well furnished. Grab taxis could pick us up right outside the lobby, unlike at some other hotels in Batam. We waited 30 minutes because our room wasn't ready at 14:30, even though check-in starts at 14:00. The key card also kept failing, so we had to go down to reception four times. Breakfast, as at most hotels in Batam, wasn't the best.
