The hotel was okay, but we picked it because it advertised a free airport shuttle, and that never came through. We emailed two days before and again the day before, then asked someone at the airport to help us find their WhatsApp. We messaged and called, but got no reply. It was getting dark, so we ended up arranging our own transport and leaving.

The staff were really good, friendly, and excellent. Rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms have hot water, and the price is reasonable. Breakfast doesn't have much variety, though.

We were so disappointed that we couldn't get proper sleep. Around 2:30 a.m., the cigarette smell in our room became unbearable, so we went down to rest in the lobby. Staff offered us another room at about 4:30 a.m., but we turned it down because checkout was at 8:00 a.m. The room had smelled strongly of smoke when we checked in, and when we asked to switch, we were told the hotel was fully booked. I hope they handle this more carefully and separate smoking and non-smoking rooms for future guests.

The staff were kind and moved us to another room, but finding bedbugs was about as bad as it gets. We also saw a rat at breakfast. The hotel looked lovely at first, and the staff were nice, but I can't give it more than one star.

The free airport shuttle is handy, but the rest of the stay was unpleasant. Our room was dirty, it was noisy at night, and smoking was allowed. The staff didn't speak English, and for what we paid, it wasn't good value. I wouldn't recommend it.
