The price is low, but don’t expect much from the hotel.

We got there at 9:00 PM and found no reception, just a boy by the kitchen in the entryway who greeted us reluctantly. Our room wasn’t ready, and the first one he showed us had dirty linens. We had to ask again to have everything changed. We’d booked two beds but were given one, then a mattress on the floor. The rooms with two beds looked awful. The street entrance to our room had no key, and after a long search the employee offered us the room next door. The bathroom had no shower or sink, the toilet was dirty and wouldn’t flush, and the towels looked like floor rags. The neglected grounds were a mess, and even the curtains were stapled. This didn’t feel like a hotel or guesthouse at all. I asked for a ride to the market and was charged eight times the Grab price. The only good thing was being allowed to check out a couple of hours late. I’ve never stayed somewhere worse. If you’re from Europe, Japan, the US, or Russia, or you’re particular about cleanliness, I’d avoid booking here. Trip.com sells this place. We asked for a refund, but Trip.com sided with the owner, who claimed the defects had all been fixed. That’s a lie. We have photos and video. It’s disgusting that a place like this is offered, and Trip.com despises its customers!
