The first room smelled awful, especially from the bathroom. I told them the next morning and they moved me, but the AC in the new room barely cooled at all. They seemed to know about these problems and still rented the rooms out without fixing them. They also said there were no empty rooms when there actually were. I won't return to this terrible hotel. 😡
