We stayed in a family room with one Full Size Bed and one Twin Bed. It was clean and compact, and the bathroom was very clean too, though there’s no divider between the shower and toilet, so you shower right in front of the toilet. The hotel had only recently opened, in July 2025. It’s just off the highway, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. There are decent local restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store within walking distance. The airport is a 10-minute drive away, and the hotel offers a free shuttle.

A clean area with an Indomaret and eateries nearby, and airport transport went smoothly. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast simple but enough. They ask for a cash deposit, so check the amount with the hotel and have some Rupiah or Ringgit Malaysia on hand. A useful, comfortable option for a stopover.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the facilities were well equipped. What stood out most was the staff, who were warm, professional, and quick to help. Quadrant Hotel Kuala Namu is also in a convenient spot for a quiet, relaxing break. Thanks for the great service. I’ll come back.

After five weeks in Indonesia, this was unfortunately our worst stay. We had to argue with the very poor reception just to get the room we’d already paid for. The restaurant was just as bad: tiny portions, frozen food, and waitresses looking at their phones instead of working.

I’m glad I found this hotel. To me, it’s one of the nicest places near the airport, and I’m thinking of coming back for another stay.
