Azzima villa

A comfortable villa.

We rented two villas for 900 thousand and 650 thousand, but the state of them was a shock. They were dirty, the walls were peeling, and there was no water. On the first day it stopped at 4 PM and stayed off until evening. My family and I couldn’t shower, and had to use an Indomaret quite far away to go to the toilet. The next morning it came back, but only briefly in the evening before stopping again until morning. We’d complained from the first day, but the villa manager’s phone wasn’t active. When it finally was, he blamed us as tenants and said the tank wouldn’t run out if we only used water for bathing. Please don’t believe the women offering this villa or any other one. I swear you’ll regret staying here. We wanted a fun holiday, but every return to the villa left us upset. I don’t want anyone else to go through what we did.

Every corner of the room was dirty and smelled bad, and the pool was extremely dirty too. It was only three-quarters full, and couldn’t be topped up because the outside water was off. Even when there was water, it barely flowed. The balcony and bathroom lights didn’t work, and the security guard wasn’t very responsive. I was hoping for a lovely holiday, but instead I’m left in a bad mood and feeling upset.
