Collection O Bwalk Hotel Malang

I had an awesome stay. My budget room had good facilities, though the shower and hot air didn't work. There was a nice view, some entertainment, and a swimming pool too. I'd definitely come back someday.

The grounds are lovely and spacious, with lots of greenery, a large parking area, and a food court and cafe outside. Check-in and checkout were quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I did have to leave a 100k deposit, which seemed odd. My main problems were the rooms. Some had uncomfortable spring mattresses, while others had better beds. The bathrooms needed cleaning, and in a couple of rooms they were dirty and had lots of mosquitoes. Wi-Fi also failed in many rooms. I changed rooms several times because of those issues. The staff let me keep switching until I was happy with the bed and cleanliness, which I appreciated, but the Wi-Fi remained a problem.

The bed had spots and could use a more thorough clean. Otherwise, it’s a cozy place with a traditional feel, and the cafe right across from the hotel is a nice bonus.

There’s no cupboard, so I’d bring a charging extension. The room is clean and cozy, with two large beds that can sleep four. Free Wi-Fi, mineral water, a TV, AC, toiletries, towels, and hot water are provided.
