Hotel O Victory

The room I got through an app like Ag*da didn’t match the hotel’s standard room, and it had no hot water. The receptionist said the app system was outdated or had an error. It’s fine if all you need is somewhere to sleep, but be careful booking that way.

The staff were lovely, the hotel was nice, and the views were great. On my last booking, though, the room was in really poor shape: the water wasn’t hot enough, and the hygiene needed serious improvement. A staff member suggested walking in instead of reserving online.

There wasn’t drinking water or food at the hotel, and the ad photos gave a misleading impression. I couldn’t see any OYO signs either. The bathroom was atrocious, and when I went down to complain, the front desk just looked defeated. The listed rate was 72 thousand, but I was charged 400 and told I’d get a 50% discount. I’d been riding for hours and was cold and tired. The room looked fine when I first walked in, and I was so excited to see a bathtub that I didn’t inspect it closely.

Finding the hotel is easy since it’s by the main road and near Selecta. The rooms are moderate, and the northern rooms have a lovely view of Panderman. There are separate swimming pools for children and adults. For local fruit or potato chips, you can just cross the street.
