The view, pool, and cozy bedroom are the best parts of this villa. There are plenty of vents, so it was nice to spend time there with the good view. The kitchen has cooking utensils, a refrigerator-freezer, and gas. The bathroom was clean, with strong hot and cold water, towels, and bathroom supplies. The TV on the second floor didn't work, so only the one downstairs was usable. It had Vidio, WeTV (iflix), and non-premium YouTube, but no Netflix, and videos often buffered while playing.

The little pool and gathering area upstairs felt natural, with all the wood and greenery around it. The interior concept and colors were lovely, homey, comfortable, and very Instagramable. There are two main rooms plus a mezzanine with two beds that look queen-sized. The kitchen and dining room had all the cooking equipment we needed. The only issue I noticed was a small crack somewhere, I can't remember exactly where, and water leaked from a pipe when washing things. I still loved our stay. Batu's cool temperatures made it even better, and the villa guide was humble and helpful.

What a disappointment after seeing all the pictures and posts. The place does look Instagramable, with a good view, especially at night, and the customer service from Mr. Nur was really responsive. That was about it. The room wasn't soundproof at all, and the bed was hard and squeaky. The Jacuzzi, which is supposed to be the main feature, was basically useless. It didn't work properly, and most of the time there was no hot water.
