We’ve stayed in this housing complex three times, and this was the first room without a cupboard. There were also lots of insects, probably because the surrounding area is still grassy. The bathroom floor is cracked on the outside and could cause scratches, especially for children or older people. Aside from those issues, the stay was satisfying. The kitchen has complete utensils, the TV works and has Netflix, and the Wi-Fi is fast. There are three fans, two in the bedrooms and one in the living room. The refrigerator was cold, and its freezer worked normally for making ice cubes.

A good budget option for a Batu vacation, and the drawbacks don’t stop the villa from being functional. It’s well suited to a large family gathering, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an extra bed, and a sofa bed. There’s full Wi-Fi, a smart TV, three fans, a stove and basic cooking utensils, a magic com, free instant noodles, coffee and tea, sugar, and gallon water. The interior could use refinishing, especially the bathroom and cracked floor tiles.
