We ended up leaving for another hotel that same day. After checking in, my family and I found the room we had booked in very poor condition, and changing rooms didn't help because the replacement was just as bad. The air conditioner didn't work, there was no hot water, and the bed, sheets, and blankets were dusty and dirty. The curtains were torn, too. The hotel offered no solution, refund, or compensation for the trouble. A very disappointing stay.

The setting is lovely and has a resort feel, and the room was comfortable and spacious for a Superior double room for two. The outdoor restaurant has great scenery. Wi-Fi is only available on the first floor, though, and my room had no hot water, so check that before you settle in.

The room was clean, breakfast was nice, and there’s a swimming pool. It’s also close to Alun-alun of Batu city, so it's an okay place to stay. The shower was the letdown. The front officer said to leave the faucet running for about 2-3 minutes, but after more than five minutes the water was still cold.

The food was okay, but I was uncomfortable the whole time. The hard bed, thin blanket, and high pillow left my back and neck sore, with tight shoulder muscles. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bathroom itself was filthy, and we weren't given towels. The couch was dirty too. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was clean and had two queen beds, which suited our big family. There are lots of stairs and no elevator for reaching the second and third floors. If you're bringing older parents, make sure to request a first-floor room.
