The mountain views around the hotel are great, and it's centrally located near Alun². The staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Kak Adel. The management is lucky to have Kak Adel and friends on the team. Thanks so much, keep up the good work. I'll definitely come back on my next visit.

Breakfast was simple and decent, with plenty of seats. The room was spacious enough, and the service prompt and friendly. I only stayed one night, but it was a very cute place. I appreciated having a smart TV, especially these days. The beds could've been a little bigger, and I would've liked more pillows. The shower felt cramped, though I liked that the sink was separate. The AC unit sat in a corner, so air circulation wasn't the best.

The main entrance closes from midnight until around 6 AM, so you have to use the parking entrance then, and getting to the lobby takes a bit of effort. Otherwise, I had a good first stay: the room was spacious and well set up, the staff were friendly, service was good, and check-in was quick. They also let me check out at 1 PM. Good location, highly recommended.

The hotel is relatively new, so the furniture, bathroom and facilities were all in mint condition. There's Netflix on the TV if you use your own login. Breakfast was standard and had limited variety, with the restaurant quite packed. I stayed for two days and asked for the room to be made up on day two before leaving at noon, but no one came to clean it. At checkout, I was fined 100k for a chocolate spread stain on the linen. I'd suggest guests clean up any used linen before leaving.

The parking area is limited, but the staff were very helpful in finding me a spot. This small boutique hotel is in the center of the Batu area, and the room is quite spacious for a budget hotel. Definitely worth the price. Keep up the great service 👍
